ElectronicCigarettes.co.uk was established by two brothers, Peter and Paul Bann, with the aim of providing consumers and potential new-users with impartial, practical advice and information on e-cigarettes and the electronic cigarette industry.

After smoking for over 15 years I decided on the birth of my second child that enough was enough and quit smoking. It lasted about two hours before I started craving cigarettes and that's when I turned to electronic cigarettes, knowing that nicotine patches were not the look I was going for and had several friends that had failed miserably on nicotine gum. Four months later and I hadn't touched a cigarette, so convinced my brother Paul to try e-cigs.

And so over two years later we are both smokeless and feeling the benefits of living a cleaner, healthier and more active life. I have taken up running, with a half marathon due later this year, the Great North Run, and Paul is taking his two Cocker Spaniels on 'two-mile' walks everyday, slightly pathetic in comparison, but the dogs are more out of breath than him. I still use electronic cigarettes and probably always will, but I know I'll never need to touch a traditional cigarette again and that thought is enough to keep my wife, children and family happy.
