Here at ElectronicCigarettes.co.uk we are always trying to find new ways to encourage smokers to quit. And our latest addition to the website is our Stop Smoking Blog with our new resident blogger and 'quitter' Sam, a 26 year old barman from Leeds. The blog will follow him in his quest to quit smoking, using his preferred smoking alternative, e-cigs. Hopefully we can all enjoy Sam's success story and celebrate as he manages to avoid the cravings of traditional tobacco cigarettes, by turning to his new best friend, the electronic cigarette. Stop Smoking Blog will have weekly updates, a 'tip of the week' and focus on a real-life and real-time attempt to quit smoking. ElectronicCigarettes.co.uk know that smoking cessation isn't easy, but with a regular blog we hope Sam will be able to focus on exactly what he needs to do to stop smoking.

If you have any questions, advice, or words of encouragement for Sam then please email us through the contact form, or if you would like to tell your story on how you managed to quit smoking with the use of electronic cigarettes, then let us know and we will try to feature your story as a 'guest' blog. Ideally the post will need to include a brief biography, details of how many cigarettes you used to smoke, how long it took you to quit, or how long you have been trying and whether you have been tempted to return to the 'dark-side.' Oh, and pictures always help!

Remember, ElectronicCigarettes.co.uk are an independent and impartial guide aimed at helping people stop smoking with the use of e-cigs, therefore we have not opened the blog up for comments and spammers, but we will endeavour to reply to all emails, questions and submissions.
